lettingaproperty.com manages properties for portfolio and Build to Rent landlords across England, Scotland and Wales. We are licensed by Rent Smart Wales and listed on the Scottish Letting Agent Register. We hold Client Money Protection with the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) and are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
We advertise rental units on Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation and lettingaproperty.com. Rates will be negotiated and volume discounts may be available for portfolio and Build to Rent landlords with at least ten properties to let.
As a portfolio or Build to Rent landlord, you will be subscribed to our Complete Plus plan, which includes rent protection and home emergency cover, plus LetsProtect legal cover. See our Complete Plus plan for details.
A dedicated Property Manager will be allocated to you, and will become your first point of contact. They will also be responsible for handling all tenant enquiries, viewings and in-tenancy services, plus maintenance, issue reporting and contractors.
