LetsProtect
Includes rent recovery, £50,000 towards repossession costs, property damage protection, asbo and trespass protection, criminal prosecution cover, contractor cover, tax support and income protection.
Holding deposit service
Invite potential tenants to apply and qualify applicants before referencing begins by requesting payment of a holding deposit (one week’s rent).
Tenant referencing
Comprehensive tenant referencing checks for 2 tenants. This includes 6-year credit history, income validation and references from previous landlords as standard.
Digital agreement
Once a draft is approved, a professional tenancy agreement is sent to all parties to be signed and stored securely online. No printing required.
Secured deposit
The tenant's deposit is secured and registered with the government backed Deposit Protection Scheme. Certificates will be sent to you and your tenant.
Rent management
Rent is collected and transferred to you within 5 business days of the rent due date. Late payments are managed and we keep you informed.
Free tenancy renewal
As your tenant approaches the end of their tenancy, invite them to renew their agreement without incurring unnecessary renewal fees.

Easily see where you are in the lettings process, what's in progress, what step to take next and any services that are due for renewal.
£15,000 Rent Protection
If a tenant fails to pay and remains in your property, your rent (up to £2,500 per month), is protected for non-payment for up to 12 months and a maximum of £15,000.
Deposit dispute resolution
We can settle end of tenancy deposit disputes quickly, with an intermediary resolution service that works with both parties fairly.
No late payments
You'll receive your full rent within 5 business days of the rent due date every month, even if the tenant fails to pay.
Emergency maintenance
Included is 24/7 landlord emergency maintenance cover, providing up to £500 of cover per claim with zero excess, for a maximum of five claims per policy year.
Free re-advertising
If the tenancy comes to an end, as long as you remain on the Complete plan, you can re-advertise your property completely free.

Yes, switching is easy. Many landlords think they must wait until their tenancy ends to switch agents but this isn't true. Your notice terms depend on your agency agreement. If you're considering switching but don't know where to begin, get some free advice from our team.
The Complete plan is a 12-month minimum subscription.
Your tenants can log in and pay their rent through out secure platform. You can view all payment history from your dashboard. Tenants are given the choice of making a manual payment by bank transfer to a dedicated account or use our secure connection to Open Banking to make instant payments.
When the payment is made on a weekend or Bank Holiday, payment will be made the next working day.
Complete Rent Protection means that you rent will be paid within five working days of the due date, regardless of whether your tenant pays or not.
