A professional photography visit usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes. The bigger your property, the longer your photoshoot will take. If you have also requested a floor plan and/or virtual tour, your photographer will require more time.

After the visit, our professional photographers aim to provide the final edited photos with 24 hours.

Our photographers typically take a minimum of 10 photos, which usually include all rooms, reception areas, garden areas and the front of the property.

All property adverts should have quality photos. If you don't have any good ones, our professional photography service is perfect for you. A photographer will visit your rental property and capture top-quality photos, and providing you with expertly edited versions for you to keep and upload to your advert.

Your photographer can also provide you with a floor plan service during the same visit. Having a floor plan in your property advert gives tenants a better idea of your property's layout and helps them in deciding whether to book a viewing.

Yes, your professional photos are yours to keep. If you're advertising with lettingaproperty.com, watermarked versions will be uploaded to your advert with our company logo. However, we will provide you with non-watermarked versions to use as you please.

Your virtual tour link will be accessible for six months.

Including a virtual tour in your property advert  allows tenants to 'visit' your property before viewing.

They can 'walk through' the property and get a real feel for it, allowing them to decide whether it's right for them. This means you'll only get enquiries from those who are really interested - meaning less time wasted for everyone.
