Holding deposit service
Invite potential tenants to apply and qualify applicants before referencing begins by requesting payment of a holding deposit (one week’s rent).
Tenant referencing
Comprehensive tenant referencing checks for 2 tenants. This includes 6-year credit history, income validation and references from previous landlords as standard.
Digital agreement
Once a draft is approved, a professional tenancy agreement is sent to all parties to be signed and stored securely online. No printing required.
Secured deposit
The tenant's deposit is secured and registered with the government backed Deposit Protection Scheme. Certificates will be sent to you and your tenant.
Rent management
Rent is collected and transferred to you within 5 business days of the rent due date. Late payments are managed and we keep you informed.

£10,000 Rent Protection
If a tenant fails to pay and remains in your property, your rent (up to £2,500 per month) is protected for non-payment for up to 6 months up to a maximum of £10,000.

Yes, switching is easy. Many landlords think they must wait until their tenancy ends to switch agents but this isn't true. Your notice terms depend on your agency agreement. If you're considering switching but don't know where to begin, get some free advice from our team.
The Basic plan is a minimum 12-month subscription.
Rent collection is available on our Basic, Essential and Complete plans. Your tenant can set up rent payments via our secure platform and you can view all payment history from your dashboard. Tenants are given the choice of making a manual payment by bank transfer to a dedicated account or use our secure connection to Open Banking to make instant payments.
When the payment is made on a weekend or Bank Holiday, payment will be made the next working day.
Yes, all our letting plans are available to any landlord with existing tenants, or seeking new ones.
